  • SEED OILS are extracted from rapeseed (canola), corn, cottonseed, grapeseed, soybean, sunflower, safflower, rice bran, peanuts. Seed oils are highly processed, chemically treated, bleached and deodorized. They don’t belong on your plate or in your body. We cook with natural oils and fats. It’s clean cooking. Olive oil, coconut oil, butter, bacon fat and beef tallow.

  • We source organic and Non-GMO ingredients whenever possible. 

  • While we are primarily "first come, first served" we do offer limited reservations through Resy. If you don't see your preferred time slot, please email us at hello@james-provisions.com to inquire about availability. We hold the majority of our tables for walk in guests and usually there is not a wait to be seated.
